Every AdultVerdict order leaves in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product name on the box, no suggestive imagery, and a billing descriptor that stays quiet on your statement. Discretion is not an add-on. It is how we ship.

When it arrives

Delivery windows are calculated at checkout from your address and the method you choose. Most domestic orders move within a few business days once they are packed. You will receive tracking as soon as the parcel is with the carrier.

If a delivery attempt is missed, follow the carrier note on your tracking page. We cannot reroute a parcel that is already in transit, but we will help you read the status and plan the next step.

What we need from you
- A complete address, including any apartment or building name.
- A reachable phone number for the carrier, where required.
- Someone available to receive the parcel, or a safe place your carrier allows.

Damaged or missing parcels

If something arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, write to us with your order number and photos where useful. We will look it up with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund, according to what the shipment allows.

All sales are final. Once your order has been delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds — this applies to every item we sell, whether the packaging has been opened or not.

We hold this line for a simple reason: due to the intimate, personal-use nature of what we sell, an item that has left our care cannot be verified as unused once it is returned, and it would not be safe or hygienic to offer it to another customer. This policy is disclosed here, at checkout, and on every product page before your purchase is complete, so you always have full information before you buy.

The one exception: our mistake. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adultverdict.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Where the fault is ours, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected item — no return shipment required in most cases.

Lost or undelivered orders. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but it never reached you, or a shipment is lost in transit, write to us at adultverdict@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.

Before you order, please double-check sizes, colors, and variants — we cannot exchange an item for a different size or style once it has shipped. Read each product page carefully, and if you have a question before buying, write to us first at adultverdict@gmail.com.

Cancellations. An order can be cancelled only before it has been packed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; once an order has shipped, the no-return policy above applies.

Before disputing a charge, please contact us directly first — most concerns can be resolved faster this way than through a payment dispute, and we are glad to help.
