Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Orders leave in plain, unmarked packaging with no product name on the box, and a quiet billing descriptor on your statement.
How long does delivery take?
Windows are shown at checkout for your address. Most domestic orders move within a few business days after packing, and tracking is sent as soon as the carrier has the parcel.
Can I return an order?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Opened intimate products cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Are payments secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify. Card details are handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. AdultVerdict is for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to place an order.
