Every AdultVerdict order leaves in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product name on the box, no suggestive imagery, and a billing descriptor that stays quiet on your statement. Discretion is not an add-on. It is how we ship.

When it arrives

Delivery windows are calculated at checkout from your address and the method you choose. Most domestic orders move within a few business days once they are packed. You will receive tracking as soon as the parcel is with the carrier.

If a delivery attempt is missed, follow the carrier note on your tracking page. We cannot reroute a parcel that is already in transit, but we will help you read the status and plan the next step.

What we need from you
- A complete address, including any apartment or building name.
- A reachable phone number for the carrier, where required.
- Someone available to receive the parcel, or a safe place your carrier allows.

Damaged or missing parcels

If something arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, write to us with your order number and photos where useful. We will look it up with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund, according to what the shipment allows.
